Brand new apartment in the 4th floor same building!!

Good news!! We are managing another brand new wonderful apartment (one bedroom,one bathroom, no deck, full equipped kitchen and living room) in the same building (4th floor) and it is also available for rent.

Ch Jordan on June 25, 2014:" The 4th floor is an outstanding place to stay. I have stayed in both apartments and i found both of them superb. If going with large family in summer it was a blast staying in the upper floor but last time I was with my wife and our little 6yr old boy and the smaller apartment was the perfect flat to be. The views are still amazing and the living room is cozy. Next time I will try to book both of them at the same time so I can leave the children in the upper floor with their grandparents and we will sleep in the 4th floor. There is no bathtub in the 4th floor but the shower is good in pressure and temperature and the bathroom is big for two. Will highly recommend any of the two as they are at walking distance to every interesting place in the city (beaches, train station, bus station to Bilbao Airport and of course Parte vieja por pinchos. Can't wait to come back"
